You can access Hosted Voice Softphone in the following ways:
Access Hosted Voice Softphone from the Portal
- Open the Hosted Voice Portal.
2. Select Apps > Softphone.
The Softphone main screen displays.
Access Hosted Voice Softphone from a URL
Navigate directly to the Hosted Voice Softphone application using the following URL: https://portal.smartcityvoice.com/portal
NOTE: When first launching the Softphone application, your browser may prompt you to grant access to the microphone. This prompt will look different depending on the browser you use, as the browser generates it, not the Portal. (We recommend you use Google Chrome browser.)
