Go to https://myaccount.smartcitytelecom.com/
Create an account on MyAccount by clicking the register button underneath the username and password fields on the site login page. This process will require your account number and account name. This information can be found in your initial welcome email.
Once you’ve entered the account information, you’ll be asked to select three security questions that you’ll need to answer the next time you log into your account.
Next, you will be asked to create your desired username and password and acknowledge your understanding of the Terms of User and Privacy Policy before completing your registration process.
After creating a username and password, you will be sent an email to confirm your email address. This email will contain a link to verify you received the email, and clicking on the link will open a new MyAccount window confirming the account has been registered.
You will then be able to log in using your newly created account. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email within a couple of minutes of sending.
