On the Contacts page, you will see a dropdown for Groups that will let you filter for groups of contacts as defined below.
When you select a Contacts Group option, the contacts for that group will appear as below. You can sort them by Name, Status, Department, and Email.
In the example above, you can see Contact Status icons for each of the listed contacts on the left-hand side of the list. You can also chat with contacts by clicking the chat icon on the right side.
